9 places sell fuel to the public, and 2 cardlocks sell it to commercial account holders. None of them is in Algonquin Highlands.
Each is confirmed by its brand’s station locator or its own website, except the Wilberforce Service Centre, which has neither and is on the province’s licensed-retail list and the health unit’s. Several small independents, and the Esso that stood in Carnarvon, could not be confirmed open by any of these, and are left out until they are.

Where this comes from
There is no public register of gas stations. The sources are the Esso, Petro-Canada and Shell station locators, Parkland’s locations service for Pioneer and Ultramar, MacEwen’s cardlock map, and the independents’ own websites, with the province’s licensed-retail list and the health unit’s food-premises disclosure for gas bars that sell beer or food. Recorded in data/gas_stations.yml with what each source said.
Every place is in a township because the Ontario Road Network puts its civic address on that township’s side of the road, not because of its mailing address. Contact details are what each place publishes itself, never Google, Yelp or TripAdvisor.
