Where this comes from
There is no register of accommodation in Ontario. This list is built from the County’s tourism site, dorsetcanada.com and each business’s own website, never Booking.com, Expedia or Google. Where a business’s own site gives no street address, the civic address is the one the health unit records for its dining room, and the entry says so. Ten more places are known with no civic address any citable page gives; data/accommodation.yml names them.
Every place is in a township because the Ontario Road Network puts its civic address on that township’s side of the road, not because of its mailing address. Contact details are what each place publishes itself, never Google, Yelp or TripAdvisor.
